      You might want to try some over the counter heartburn medicine. I have no idea how to get rid of it otherwise.

      The answer bellow reminded me the people add brown sugar to red pasta sauce to counteract the acid.

    I am only 2 days late for my period but am slightly concerned because of some symptoms that I am having. I was 3 days early for my period last month and it was lighter then usual.       You didn't mention where exactly the pain was, but this sounds a lot like my step-mom, who just had surgery for diverticulitis, which is something like a hernia of the intestine. One of the pamphlets she was given in the hospital said symptoms often worsen during and after eating (though the site I'm attaching doesn't mention that particular symptom).

      You should see a doctor!!! I did have some of these symptoms with my acid refluxes. I dropped about 20 pounds and it seemed to stop. I went from about 212 to 190. If you think you have acid refluxes, try dropping a few pounds before you do anything major. And definitely see a doctor. Good Luck
