      the chest pains could be because of trapped wind!? if you're holding it in? maybe look at what you're eating and see if there is anything that can make you windy, are you drinking fizzy drinks for example?

      if you don't normally eat like this, chances are it is taking your body/digestive system a while to get used to the change in diet. it can happen whenever we change out food intake, even from eating unhealthily and changing to healthy, it can take a while for your system to get accustomed to it. it is probably indigestion, and wind (gas), and once all the food has passed through your body you will be fine again. though it's possible you could have diarrhoea or constipation. but it won't do you any harm in the long run.

      edit. try taking some indigestion tablets or some peppermint can help.
